Xindi Dyeing and Finishing Co. Ltd., established since 2000, is a modern enterprise specialising in woven cloth dyeing and finishing. The company is located in the nationally famous textile base Taiyuan Industrial Park in Kaiping, Guangdong, covering an area of more than 130,000m2 with a construction area of more than 50,000m2. Our annual production of various kinds of high-quality bleached clothes is 100 million meters. The company produces hundreds of varieties belonging to eight lines of products, including cotton, elastic cotton, tencel, modal rayon, polyester, linter, rayon-cotton, and blended cotton. Our functional fabrics can be treated with special finishes including water-, oil- and stain-resistance (for teflon), anti-wrinkle, anti-bacterial, breathable textile, UV-resistance, coating, and calendering. We boast the first imported laser engraving machine in China and advanced European digital printing machines, as well as advanced domestic airflow finishing machine. We specialise in the production of high quality garment fabric that is both sold domestically and exported abroad to Europe, America, and Japan. We have experience of producing garment textile for brands including Marks and Spencer, Uniqlo, and Yishion. Our products also won awards from many domestic textile competitions.

Xindi is a company that cares for its employees and is willing to take up social responsibilities. We made significant achievements in clean, low-energy production with minimal pollution. The company dedicates a sustained effort to the innovation of printing and dyeing technology and managerial improvement. In order to revolutionise the traditional, outdated production management system commonly used in our industry, we dedicate ourselves to implementing 6S management and the lean production management system, and we strive to offer a consistent high quality to our clients through this regulated, streamlined, and standardised modern management method. We also introduced a centralised feeding system to minimise the inconsistency caused by the transport of artificial chemical raw materials. Furthermore, the company started an initiative to develop a centralised control system to monitor the production process and costs, which would offer a reliable guarantee to consistent product quality.

Xindi acquired the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification in 2007, the ISO9001:2008 Quality System Certification in 2008, the ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification in 2009, and the OHSAS18001 in 2012. In 2009, we also acquired the Bluesign certification, becoming the first cotton and natural fibre printing and finishing enterprise to obtain this qualification. In October 2012, the China Textile Engineering Society awarded the company with the title ‘National Research Centre for Innovation and Technology of Anhydrous Printing and Dyeing’ , authorising us to carry out the research and application of anhydrous printing and dyeing technology. In December 2012, the company passed the Guangdong provincial Clean Production examination and obtained the Clean Production certification, becoming one of the first Clean Production enterprises in Guangdong Province. In June 2014, we received the ‘Printing and Dyeing Industry Access Unit’  certification from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). Xindi is also the executive director of China Textile Engineering Society, the director of both the Chinese Dyeing and Printing Association and the Guangdong Textile Association, and the president of Kaiping Textile and Garment Association.

In the upcoming stage of development, Xindi will actively respond to national policies with a more open business philosophy. We will use innovative high-technology to revolutionise the traditional printing and dyeing industry, strive to achieve intelligent and automated production management, and vigorously explore anhydrous printing and dyeing production to comply with the global need for environmentally-friendly production and low-carbon economy.
